flights collection
This work aims to reflect on the existence and experience of liminal spaces in a world preoccupied with a global pandemic. After spending seven months travelling around the world leading up to COVID-19 being classed as such, this collection of works comes into being as a result of careful rumination on the role of travelling in so many people’s lives. It serves as a memorial to a time when international air travel did not require government permits but also looks forward to a time where restrictions are lifted.
